The program claims to help you lose up to 20lbs, but for me I mainly wanted something that would help me build muscle and tone up for my upcoming holiday. I had read a lot about the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and seen some impressive results pictures (people love to Instagram their bods!). My main reason for never giving in to exercise DVDs is my sheer impatience of not seeing results quickly enough, but after trawling through many a before and after picture of people who have completed the program I wanted a piece of the action. I would never describe myself as a sporty person, in fact I will actively avoid any kind of sporting situation…but I do go to the gym regularly for spinning classes and weight training. I have succumbed to the world of exercise videos. ![]()
